By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user acknowledges that he has no automatic right to withdraw from the contract. The user understands and agrees that, in accordance with the laws applicable to contracts concluded at a distance and the rights of consumers in contracts with professionals, such as those stipulated in GEO no. 34/2014, the provision of digital content that is not delivered on physical media is not eligible for withdrawal.

These being added, maximumultimatepro reserves the right to decide at its discretion to refund sums of money in certain specific situations and in accordance with the conditions stated in the contract. If the user does not reach the desired results within 6 months and absolutely respects all the indications in the contract (more than 80% attendance at Live sessions, detailed completion of all tasks in the program, complete sessions with Mentors) and compliance with the indications, the user may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. However, this does not imply an ongoing obligation to do so.

In case of returning a digital product, the user will automatically lose access to the courses, platform, private groups, webinars, coaching sessions and other benefits provided by maximumultimatepro and the user's account will be deleted.
